Operations During Coronavirus
Dear Clients of First Financial Services of Michigan and First Financial Coaching, Inc.,
We would like to take this opportunity to reach out to you and to provide an update on the actions that our company is taking to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 Coronavirus and support the health and well-being of our valued clients, associate advisors, and our employees.
With the news of the COVID-19 Coronavirus beginning to spread in Michigan, we want you to know our course of action going forward. We will continue to serve your financial coaching and insurance needs along with some necessary adjustments in our operations. Based on current statistics of COVID-19, most people will experience mild symptoms and the virus is not life threatening. However, it is life threatening for older individuals, those with immunodeficiencies and pre-existing conditions. We must all do our part to ensure the spread of the virus does not strain our hospitals and medical professionals.
To continue serving you, we will shift some aspects of our operations, in accordance with guidance from the State of Michigan and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention:
Our office remains open, and we are maintaining health protocols to ensure our staff can support you while minimizing exposure.
Our office will postpone in-person client meetings until the end of March, at which time, we will reevaluate in-person meetings based on current situation guidelines.
As part of our operations support plan, we can conduct client meetings via video conferencing through Zoom or conduct conventional telephone conversations.
As a highly efficient company, we will continue to work in the office. If necessary, we have the capability to work remotely and continue to provide all types of services for all your required financial needs.
Lastly, our next event scheduled for April 23, 2020 will also be postponed, a future date will be determined. We will continue to keep you updated on our operating procedures via email and our website, www.YourFinancialCoach.com.
As our state, country, and the world, take steps to control the spread of the virus, we ask you to follow guidelines set forth by the State of Michigan and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Our priority is aligned with yours, as we want to limit and prevent the spread of the disease. Don’t live in fear, but please take appropriate actions to prevent those who are vulnerable from contracting the disease.
